Dr. Eliz H. Agopian, MD

Dr. Agopian’s office has canceled my appointments more than three times and when rescheduling is after 2 or 3 months. Not happy with that. Trying to look for another neurologist.

Dr seems competent. Attempted brutal emg on me. Was unconcerned about my tears. Also, may be a bit alarmist w her thoughts of what my diagnosis/prognosis might be.

Upon visiting Dr. Agopian. I was not greeted warmly by her. She was very cold not sensitive to my concern. I was experiencing numbness in bottom part of my body and brought labs tests from hospital. In which she stated she was not concerned with those and did not understand them. She also scared me half to death in telling me that I could become paralyzed if I did not repeat a test that was already done and given to her. She stated that I could refuse treatment if I wanted to. Why say that when I was there for help in the first place. The coldness and treatment I got was almost like she was prejudice. I never thought that I would be treated so badly by a Specialist in my life. I would never recommend her to anyone as she seems not to have any compassion for what people are going through. She advised to go to Emergency Room right away. In which I was to by them the test are the same results that was given to me from my first visit to ER. She obvious did not want to handle my… case. I will not go back to her and will be reported her to the insurance. This visit was very traumatizing to me. I hope she see the review and treat the next patient with more compassion. Devastated by. She is very good doctor she is very detail oriented she is very good with her appointments I have been her patients more than couple months I'm very satisfied very quite clinic clean and friendly excellent clinic staff
