Dr. Elizabeth T Biernoff

I recently switched to Kaiser, and although skeptical, I was AMAZED by the incredible services online, over the phone, the facilities, staff, and the doctors. First, Kaiser never has to deal with the middleman insurance agency (no office managers either) so you don't ever feel like you they will stick it to you at the end or get that smug look for having an HMO or have to fill out paper work ever again (yay!). Second, the new facility at Union Station is brand new, everything is sparkling clean and modern. They even have valet parking! Third, there was no one in the waiting room, so no room full of sick kids. Fourth, the most important, the doctors... Seriously, as soon as Dr. Biernoff walked into the room, my son and I were in LOVE! She is the sweetest most caring doctor that we have ever met. It's like those doctors you see on television, yes, they still exist! She spent so much time just getting to know us, not like most other offices where we feel rushed and just another… patient. Fifth, you can freaking make appointments, check the status of a lab test, print out your medical records, and email your doctor!! Talk about convenience, no more dealing with snarky receptionists. The only criticism in Dr. Biernoff's office is getting an appointment, and to be honest it should be seen as a positive thing since she is so desirable. Anyways, hope you fall in love with her as we did, she is truly something special...
