Don't waste your time here if you want to save your blood pressure. Staff is completely irresponsible. They don't prepare properly for new patients. I made an appt a week prior, asked if my insurance was accepted, arrived on time, did everything right on my end, but then got called aside by the office manager telling me they could not see me without an insurance card. Carriers are not issuing physical cards anymore, prior physicians offices I have been to are aware of that and call with my ssn number. This office is too lazy to do their jobs, to earn their salaries. I was turned away because the staff did not take the time to verify my insurance information prior to my arrival. Who does that??? Who waits until someone has taken the day off, drives to their office, fills out out a stack of papers and then decide to verify insurance? I am completely disgusted. Taking my money elsewhere. Idiots!

For some reason, she ran a test for autoimmune diseases. Maybe it's because I have fibromyalgia. I don't know. I tested positive for scleroderma, a very rare disease usually found in people much younger than I.. There are different types, varying in severity from the type where you would never even know you had it, to fatal. She comes into the room and tells me I have it and immediately says not to look on the net for information. (You KNOW what I did the second I got home!) Then she proceeds to tell me that there will be photos of people with missing noses, ears, fingers, etc. She tells me that it's a disease of the skin and connective tissue where they harden and eventually tighten around the organs and you die. NO mention of the lighter forms, no hope, just the worst case scenario. She refers me to a Rheumatologist. Good thing I looked it up on the internet! I'd be panicked otherwise. BTW...I'm totally asymptomatic. I also have very high blood pressure. That was not… addressed. I tested very high for chronic kidney disease...stage 3. It wasn't even mentioned. I tested positive for peripheral vascular disease. No mention of that, either. I guess those are not as sexy as the rare autoimmune disease. I was also listed as overweight. I weigh 110 lbs. My height is 4'10.5", but I have scoliosis and my spine is bent, so I now measure 4'7". Of course, if I was 4'7", I might be overweight...but I'm not 4'7". One would think that a little common sense would be applied before listing me as overweight. Finally, there are other errors in my chart that I have pointed out, but have not been listened to. The office PA is amazing. See Brandi, if you must go to this office. I wanted to see Dr. Joel Biggers, but somehow got his wife. One would hope he's better, but I'll never know. I'm looking for a new doctor. I've been at the office 3 times. Each time I was just referred to other specialists. I don't need a referral service. I need a doctor.

Dr. Elizabeth Biggers is the best doctor I’ve been to, hands down. She is attentive, caring, and listens to her patients. I’ve been seeing her for the last 4 years and will not be switching anytime soon. The office staff can be busy but is usually friendly and accommodating. Wait times can be long but trust me, Dr. Elizabeth is worth the wait. We need more doctors like her in the medical world!

The woman was rude from the beginning until the end. She verbally put me out. She pre-judged me as a person. No bedside manner.

I had experience being seen by her husband in the same office, but he was booked up so I went with her. NONE of my medical concerns were treated as valid, and I was insulted several times. I don't know if she was just having a bad day or is always this way, but the way I was treated was horrible and I ended up crying when I got back to the car. Furthermore, the tests she had told me she was going to run never got run with the blood that was drawn and I waited weeks for results that never came in. I ended up in emergency care for issues that were never dealt with, thanks to her carelessness.

This animal should not care for anyone she is belittling, condescending to an ill patient. My experience was so horrible beside being ill this beast made me cry; she gave me 4 medications no test she guess two of the medications that cause the other not to work. I can say she did not take her oath to heart unlike her wonderful husband who is a true doctor he needs to train her med school did no justice for this animal Do not see her pls see her husband.
