Dr. Elizabeth Ann Coon Nguyen, MD

Front desk was rude. I was one minute late because I couldn’t find which bldg so had to call. Almost didn’t let me in because I was so late. I was told to fill out paperwork real fast which I did. Then I had to wait for 40 minutes. Had plenty of time to write this review.

All she cares about is her sleep study. She acts as though she listens, but she really does not. She does what she wants, not what the patient needs. My meds were just fine and then she changed them to "more modern" meds. The Crestor caused me nothing but trouble. I ended up going elsewhere to the doctor as Dr. Elizabeth A Coon-Nguyen did not appear to respect me as a person or a patient. The doctor "elsewhere" put me back on my original meds. AND, after OVER two years, the effects of the Crestor has finally ceased (thank goodness).

Had an appointment for 10am. The address of the place has 10 separate buildings. After going in several offices I finally found the place. I walked into at 10:04 am, just 4 minutes late and the receptionist said YOUR LATE!! I don’t know if I can work you in. She was extremely rude and very unprofessional for someone who represents her employers. I would not recommend this place to any one.

The follow up on appointments is terrible. You literally have to ask them to update your patient portal. You might as well go in and tell them what you have researched a being possible issues. They will not speak on it, and you will not speak to an actual doctor. Nor will you have a doctor contact you with results of test. It will be someone not even knowledgeable and simply repeating what they heard. I would look elsewhere for a better experience. The only positive is you can basically get in anytime.

She acts as though she listens but she does not. All she cares about is her Sleep Study. She changed my relative's meds when there was no problem with them. She wanted to put him on the "new updated stuff." In turn, the new meds caused all kinds of problems including trouble with his muscles. It took over a year with a different doctor to line the problems out. (Thank God the different doctor actually took care of him). So Glad that my relative found a different doctor!

Dr Coon-Nguyen was very impressive. Made me feel very comfortable, and interested in any problems that I might have. She let me know that if anything changes in my medical condition, to call her. I hope I am able to have many years with her as my PCP. Since I'm 74, that's saying something!

Doctor is good, staff is not. Referrals are almost impossible to obtain. High turnover of staff. Intelligent and thoughtful doctor is hard to see.

The doctor has a wicked dries into humor. She is also self deprecating while simultaneously being pixie like and her movements. She is a joy to watch around around and your smile is effervescent.

HORRIBLE! Took me off my meds cold turkey with no explanation! I found out that she would not write my scripts that she had been for 7 years when I called for a refill. No explanation and was not available to discuss. Complete patient neglect! Horrible staff! RUN AWAY!

I have never been seen in less than 3 hours
