Elizabeth Craun, PhD

Elizabeth Craun, PhD, is a clinical neuropsychologist at Intermountain Health's TOSH Clinic and Intermountain Medical Center in Murray, Utah. She works with patients experiencing neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's disease, Lewy body dementia, frontotemporal dementia, and ALS, as well as movement disorders including Parkinson's disease and Parkinson's plus disorders. She also cares for patients following stroke and acquired brain injuries, including traumatic and anoxic brain injuries.

Her practice includes neurodiagnostic testing to assist with differential diagnosis and treatment planning, cognitive rehabilitation, and psychotherapy. She supports patients with emotional adjustment concerns, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, and PNES.

Dr. Craun earned her bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and completed both her Master of Science and doctorate in clinical psychology at Idaho State University. She completed her …clinical internship at the Palo Alto VA, with rotations specializing in neurodiagnostic outpatient evaluations, including dementia evaluations, and inpatient neurorehabilitation evaluation and therapy. She then completed a two-year neuropsychology postdoctoral fellowship at the Boston VA, where her primary rotations included neurodiagnostic outpatient work along with specialty interdisciplinary care for movement disorders, acquired brain injuries, PNES, ALS, inpatient rehabilitation, and general neurology.
