Dr. Elizabeth A Cummins, MD

Poor service. For both visits, the average wait time was around 45 minutes. Staff wasn't friendly either. For my first pregnancy, she wasn't attentive for questions after my first ultrasound. Also bedside manners weren't good, that made me uncomfortable. I didn't want to take a chance and so changed my OBGYN right away.

She is not a care provider. She is not an advocate. Her office is not clean. The wait time is just disrespectful of your time. Although I tired to stick with her and give her the benefit of the doubt, I've had nothing but a bad experience. 1. I waited 1 hour and 45 minutes on first visit. 2. I contracting a Staph infection near my vagina days after visiting her office, which required emergency surgery. I called Dr. Cummins office to let her know, no call back, no follow up. Nada. 3. While traveling to California, I started having symptoms of a BV infection, called Dr. Cummins to request an emergency script be called in to a local pharmacy and I was refused service because She needed me to "come in to the office." Instead, she suggested that I go to the ER.

I absolutely love Dr Cummins. She has been my doc for the last three pregnancies and I getting ready to deliver tomorrow. She is so calm, patient and caring. I have not had any of these other experiences that the low rating people have left. Yes she does talk to you about weight problems, but that is because she really cares about you. I would not trust anyone else with my body!

Dr. Cummins is great. Very prompt and spends as much time as necessary.

If you are in perfect health (you had better not be over-weight) and just need a doctor to deliver your baby, maybe this is the doctor for you. However, if you have any issues or complications, find another doctor. Nurse was rude, doctor had made up her mind before we got to the office and was not open to hearing what was going on, in spite of the tests and x-rays we had sent prior to our visit. She was MEAN and judgmental, my daughter was devastated by her attitude. What should have been a red flag: she requires a signed release agreeing to mediation before you sue. I have never seen such a document with a doctors office before, she must have a LOT of unhappy patients.

This doctor was the worse! She approaches every issue like she knows everything, and the patient is an idiot! Like she knows our body better than we do. Terrible bedside manner. She was also very rough in her examination. You would think a female doctor would understand the discomfort she can cause a little better.

I am very dissapointed at everything in general. I was told I had a insecion infection, urinary tract infection, nerve damage etc. I've been in all sorts of pills, which have not done/help me at all. After 2 months I can't hold my baby, I am barely walking and she said "she never had a patient with all kinds of issues" she is just RUDE. I am in extremely pain. I know she damaged/made a mistake when I had the baby and now she is saying "i'm fine" basically calling me "dramatic" I wouldn't recommend this doctor-run the other way. Everyone keeps telling me I should just sue her (I'm thinking about it) I can't deal with this pain in my insecion. She can face reality. She mess me up and she doesn't know what to do now. It's so sad she just cares about the money not a caring person at all.

Dr Cummins always had time for my questions-there were a lot because I was a first time mom. She was succinct and professional. Her staff is very friendly and helpful-many times faxing prescriptions for me when I forgot the mail order form. We had a complicated delivery and Dr Cummins was wonderful. Would strongly recommend.
