It’s hard to find a mental health provider you resonate with. Instantly felt comfortable with Elizabeth and as if she was not just an advocate for me but also leave feeling like she is a friend who’s got my back. She now sees all 3 of my kids too . Highly recommend and feel lucky I found her for my treatment since Ive been not so lucky in the past with other people.

Elizabeth asks a lot of challenging questions (in a good way)! She doesn’t just talk about my meds, but about my diet, exercise patterns, sleep patterns, social life and we talk about strategies I can use to improve those areas.. which I am SO thankful for and feel it isn’t just the medicine that’s been helping but also her emphasis on all those things too. She’s an invaluable asset to her field!
