Dr. Elizabeth Allis Hagen, MD

Doesn’t know her stuff very well. I feel like i can’t trust anything she says, rushes us out of there as fast as she can. Misdiagnosed. Didn’t want to spend time finding the real cause of my problems so brushed it off as something else - which made the problems worse as they weren’t treated when they should have been.

Dr Hagan left our daughter misdiagnosed and would not return our phone call afterwards.

Do not expect this physician to be medically curious about anything out of the textbooks.Major problems were missed in our child- even as we were asking for her help on the symptoms/ issues.Great pediatrician if you have a typical child and don't care about root causes.

Dr. Hagen is very respected and recommended among the perdiatic community. My son had been admitted to Rainbow's for an bleed. I was looking for a new pediatrician and all the nurses I ask stated they had Dr. Hagen and were very pleased. She is wonderful with my son and never leaves him out of the conversation. I have the upmost respect and trust in Dr. Hagen!

Dr. Hagen truly listens to me as a parent. She addresses my concerns as I present them. If I ask about something out of her expertise area she is willing to refer me. I have been very pleased with this practice and the care that my children have received there for the past eleven years!

Doesn't know her stuff well

She was the fill in for my son's regular doctor who was not in. Suspected my son had pneumonia, called at 8 a.m. after a lengthy wait on hold. Called again at 10, 11 and noon as the doctor on call (her) did not call me back. At noon was told by the receptionist that the doctor had left for lunch and was aware of my call and would call me back in an hour. Finally at 3 p.m. made contact and brought my son in who was confirmed to have pneumonia. Sure she was polite during the exam, but what good is that when she was not concerned throughout the day about returning my calls regarding my child's wellbeing?

She was amazing - she would listen and spent as much time as we needed. She ran on time but I never felt rushed. My children really like her and look forward to seeing her. We play DR Hagen at home with our dolls!!
