Dr. Henderson is the very best. The perfect combination of knowledge and caring. We couldn't ask for a better pediatrician. Give her a raise!

She always takes the time to listen to my concerns and address each of them. She is knowledgeable and thorough. Her bedside manner is excellent and she makes my kids feel at ease.

Most of the reviews of Dr Henderson are positive and I have no reason to doubt those. However, the booking experience was amazingly poor. The doctor is a member of the BSW system. We are new Colleyville residents and I wanted to set up our son with a new patient visit. I selected that option online and was happy to see that an appt was available in about 2 weeks. About 5 days after I made the appointment I received a msg that I’d have to reschedule since they don’t do “well child” exams at that time. I called an was told “we aren’t seeing sick children at all, I don’t know why she wrote that”. Now, the earliest appt would be late Sept. I again asked how I was able to schedule 11/2 mo sooner online. The answer: The Dr won’t see patients then because she handles prescriptions and the web site “isn’t that good”. Seemed to be a somewhat lackluster explanation, I said that it is their operation and they can run it as they choose - but the review is my choice. She said “OK” and “good-bye”.
