Dr. Elizabeth M Jamieson, MD

This doctor was working at a pain management clinic in Pinellas Park owned by Tom Wynne. In October, they closed the office with no notice to the patients, no referrals of where to go-not even a note on the door for the 375+ patients that were being seen at that facility. This left a lot of patients without their necessary medications, and anyone taking narcotics was put at risk of losing their lives from going into severe withdrawal. Not only that, Dr. Jamieson as "medical director", told the staff not to release the medical records to their patients because "then they wouldn't come back". According to Florida laws, they were required to let their patients know 30 days in advance to allow them time to find a new physician, provide them with copies of medical records, and make arrangements for new physicians to take over their patients. What they did was patient abandonment and any smart patient would never go back to any facility that Tom Wynne or Dr. Jamieson has anything to do… with. They are supposedly reopening their clinic in another location. They didn't even have a message on the answering machine for 2 weeks to let the patients know what was going on, when they were supposed to at least call everyone (but Mr. Wynne didn't want to pay any staff to do that job).

Her offices are poorly run. Rude staff and very long wait times.
