Summary
Lizz is originally from Connecticut but moved to New York City to practice Physical Therapy. She has a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Columbia University as well as a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a concentration in Biology from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.Lizz is trained in kinesio taping and holds certification as a Kinesio Taping Professional (CKTP). She has attended various continuing education courses that focus on running (biomechanics and training), return to sport programs for athletes, vestibular disorders and balance dysfunction (plus treatment), and Parkinsons disease rehabilitation.She is an active individual and has played soccer since the age of 5. Lizz continues to play in soccer leagues around Manhattan and also enjoys running, pilates, yoga, strengthening and conditioning, and kickboxing. Lizz finished a Tough Mudder in April 2013 and is looking forward to training for another race!
