Horrible bedside manner

Seen this specialist over thyroid issues and was told that I needed to do blood work for cancer cause my thyroid was 2 cause the size of what it should be and that if I wanted it removed we could . After a nurse calling me and hinting that I may have cancer than told me lawler wouldn’t recommend surgery till I did more blood work ...... after about 3 months of back and forth on this the last I heard was St. Louis would be calling me to schedule my surgery to have one side of my thyroid removed ... that was a year ago ...

Treated me with respect. Listened and answered my questions, took plenty of time getting to know my medical history. Excellent doctor!

Had a reaction to the medicine she prescribed. I didn't know what was happening. Called the office several times and could not get a call back. Had to see my regular Dr to find out it was a reaction to the medicine. Just seemed like a very unprofessional office.

As the office manager of a medical practice, I was appalled at the lack of care and concern exhibited by the staff of Dr. Lawler. After 10 days of trying to procure an appointment, I finally moved on to a different provider. I have no idea of Dr. Lawler’s expertise because I was never able to get past the front desk personnel. Will not recommend or try to call again.
