Dr. Elizabeth Mathew, MD

I had a terrible experience with this doctor. All she seemed to focus on was my weight. I consider myself to be in great shape—very athletic and slim. Instead of fat-shaming, she skinny-shamed me. She continuously talked about food and insisted that I make sure I was eating enough, even after I told her that I eat regularly and take care of my physical health. I felt completely attacked. She also asked me multiple times if I was “happy with my current weight,” even after I assured her that I was. This kind of behavior can contribute to eating disorders—people like this, including doctors, are part of the problem!

Struggles with listening. Lacks the expertise to do more than run basic tests. There are doctors who care about patient outcomes - Dr.Mathew is not one of them.

This Person should not even clam to be a doctor . Because the medication that I have to take she immediately labeled me ! I will seek further action ! Not only that incident but another incident I had is I’ve got a huge knot that arose on my forehead the size of a gulf ball and her nurse said ,”well we just don’t write a prescription for a little bump ,” I said it’s the size of a gulf ball which I had before , if this so called doctor would have even cared she would have looked it up in my chart but because I am a patient from a Doctor that no longer practice medicine with Peidmount that I’m none essential.

Dr. Mathew is the best i'm 36 years old and have ADD my whole life but when we were growing up it was not much of a thing. i had to jump through hoops to get some med's to help me focus and she was one of very few that would treat my adult ADD.
