Dr. Elizabeth Maxwell has a heart of gold! She was very thorough in my many years of seeing her for multiple medical issues. I truly feel she cares about my health and well being! I have been to many doctors that have just prescribed me a pill and sent me on my way after sitting in a waiting room for a scheduled appointment that was late and then only lasted a few minutes. She is quite different asking many questions to get to the root of the problem and helps you understand everything. Answers questions and doesn't rush you! She is just amazing!

I am so surprised at any negative reviews about Dr Maxwell. So many of these things she has no control over. I have been seeing Dr Maxwell since I moved here 23 years ago. She is the most caring doctor and actually spends time getting to know you. She respects that I prefer all natural and has treated me the best possible natural methods. I however have serious medical issues that require prescription medicines. She works with me until she finds something that works. She loves God and it is evident in her counsel. I have recommended her many times.

Dr Maxwell was the best physician I’ve ever gone to and I’m 63 and visited several. She listened, she cared, and she helped me both physically and mentally. I was devastated to hear she left Ascension. The medical group and this community lost someone very good, caring, professional when she stepped away. I have been with her many years. I would love to know if she is returning to the medical system. If so I’d love to know where she will be and when!!

She is the absolute best! I truly appreciate how she is partner in your health care and cares so much about her patients. Dr. Maxwell is an excellent listener and diagnostician. I was heartbroken when I learned she left Ascension and I am waiting to find out where she will go so I can follow her. She is an excellent doctor.

I had my Initial patient appointment today with Dr. Maxwell. I made it into the building through reception with the nurse to the exam room. I was waiting on Dr. Maxwell when her office manager came into the room, with no introduction and informed me that I was putting her doctors and nurses at risk because of my service connected disability which prevents me from wearing a mask. She informed me that I would have to leave, and I complied. It’s a sad state of affairs when there are no exceptions to policy is for people who are unable to comply with a mask mandate. And especially when that person has a 23 year military veteran. The office manager at doctor Maxwell’s office Should be ashamed of herself for the way that she spoke to me when it was unnecessary. Very disappointed. I would not recommend her nor that facility to anyone.

She is the most caring Doctor I have ever come across.
