Dr. Elizabeth Grolnick Mirro, MD

Dr. Mirro has been my primary physician for about ten years. I find to her be professional, thorough, and kind. She really cares about her patients. She usually calls with lab results, many times in the morning or evening. I am very comfortable with, and confident in her.

I was recently in the emergency room twice in 72 hours for a diabetic episode. While Dr. Mirro is my doctor, she was not available to see me once I was discharged. I was given another doctor who basically said and did nothing. It is now 3 months later, and Dr. Mirro has yet to reach out to me to see how I was. Is this typical

The front desk staff does not answer the phone, does not give messages, and is often abrupt and even rude. She may be a good doctor but not worth the aggravation.

Dr. Mirro has been my doctor for many, many years and I have nothing but good things to say about her. She is thorough, kind, has a great bedside manner, great personality, and most importantly (to me) she LISTENS. She doesn’t rush through appointments and she actually listens to your concerns and answers all of your questions. I’ve always felt very comfortable and confident with her.

The staff here is horrible. Inattentive, unprofessional, rude and inconsiderate. Concern that the Doctors tolerate this behavior which goes to their own professionalism. Time to find a new practice!

Never EVER in my whole life have I heard of such a horrible place to work. I have been WAITINGGG for my friend to quit so I could post this! Nothing but catty adult bullies. The boss ignores problems or when you come with issues to her. And this is a private practice so theres no HR to go after that. Literally let’s staff bully each other. They won’t fire the biggest problem in the place who like to bully and belittle other staff (I don’t even need to name names because I know when the doctors and staff read this they’ll know EXACTLY who I'm talking about.) because she’s been there so long. For all the things, wrong doings, mishandlings, bulling I heard and saw (technology is a beautiful thing) There were so many times I had to talk myself out of walking in there and asking the head doctor what kind of place is she running! This is the kind of place that make your blood boil. Support this sadly run place if you want but DO NOT APPLY HERE if you are looking for an even decent work… environment. You will be just another person who they try to bully out the door. And if you do end up working here as one of the new people who don’t fit in with the horribly mean clique, or if one of the many girls who left read this PLEASE free to like this. You need proof, feel free to reach out! Once again, technology is a beautiful thing!

Dr. Mirro is the most thorough, kind and gentle internist I have ever been to. Highly recommend!

Great doctor, I used to be petrified to ever go to the doctor and I am not anymore. She makes me feel so comfortable and calm. But yes the office staff is awful someone needs to step in. I've seen all of the girls at the reception desk one time eating pizza, you could smell it throughout the entire waiting room. Very unprofessional and especially not sanitary being that it is a doctor's office. When you walk in and have any type of question they look at you as if you have three heads. They one time called my last name (which is also a first name) instead of my first name. They only said it once and walked away so I did not think to question it, I then had to wait extra time and was given an attitude that they already called me. I wish the office staff was at the same standard that Dr. Mirro is at.

Dr. Mirro is a caring, nice and concerned doctor. Not an alarmist.
