Dr. Elizabeth Moberg-Wolff, MD

Dr. Moberg-Wolff is the only fellowship trained and board certified pediatric PM&R physician in SE Wisconsin. She is also board certified in Brain Injury Medicine and General PM&R. She manages the care of children and adults with disabilities such as cerebral palsy, brain injury, spinal cord injury, and neuromuscular diseases. Torticollis, spasticity, dystonia, scoliosis, and cognitive rehab-behavior are areas she addresses frequently. She prescribes medications, therapies, orthotics, wheelchairs / durable medical equipment, and performs procedures such as botox and phenol injections and intrathecal baclofen pump management. She follows children into adulthood for continuity of care. In addition to commercial insurance, the practice accepts Medicaid and Medicare.
Goals of her practice are to improve function and independence, caregiving and comfort . Advocacy, education, communication and collaboration with all care providers are important tenets of her practice.She has been voted a …Best Doctor by her peers since 2005.

She is currently the Chair Elect of the Pediatric and Developmental Disabilities Council of the American Academy of PM&R. She has been an oral board examiner and exam question writer for the American Board of PM&R.

Dr. Moberg-Wolff received her Medical Degree from the University of Wisconsin, completed a residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and then a fellowship at Denver Children's Hospital. She served as an Associate Professor and Pediatric Fellowship Director at Medical College of WI, before starting an independent practice in 2010. She is on staff at Childrens' Hospital of WI, Aurora Hospital Summit and Theda Clark in Appleton, WI.
