Literally the most compassionate and considerate person I’ve ever known. Remembers so many small details about myself and others in my life and attentively listens to my struggles. With guidance from Liz, I’ve been able to piece together the massive puzzle that is the concept of mental health as a whole, and understand myself. Liz has helped me find compassion for my own self & actively advocates for compassion toward others.Intelligent, thoughtful and helpful in terms of healing and recovery. Extremely trauma informed with a wonderful sense of advocacy and communicative and collaborative with other healthcare providers to recognize patterns of behavior and symptoms. Liz has truly gone the length to help her patients. She is a skilled and knowledgeable Reiki provider as well- with an open and insightful view of energy healing, in addition to therapeutic treatment. Deserves some sort of global award or recognition but is simply too humble.
