Dr. Elizabeth Fink Moore, MD

Dr. Moore is one of the nicest Dr's I ever had. Not going to go on a long winded review, however trust me....you will not be dissapointed with the sincere bedside manner. She's great!!!

Dr Moore has a wonderful bedside manner but her office makes it nearly impossible for her to practice medicine in a a timely manner. Without all the information for her to look at before a patient comes to see her, her hands are tied to making appropriate medical decisions. Repeated calls and messages to her office are routinely ignored. When brought to Dr. Moore's attention about her incompetent staff she just shrugged and said that she couldn't help that.

I've been a patient for 13 years. I've always been very satisfied with my care. Dr Moore is compassionate and professional. she's always taken the time I've needed in every appt. the office staff is always friendly and accommodating. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I am so glad I found such a compassionate experienced doctor like Dr. Moore. She is a gem that truly care for her patients. She also never make me feel rushed during my appointments like most doctors do. I hope she doesn't retire any time soon because doctors like her are very rare to find.

Dr. Moore is a great doctor but her office staff don't do their job properly. Don't answer or respond to calls or messages. Waited over a week to have a prescription called in and two weeks to get a referral which was already requested by Dr. Moore. Both times I had to go to the office and talk to them in person. Very frustrating.

Dr. Moore is a wonderful physician who always has patience and understanding with her patients (well at least with me and my mother). She also has the most incredible assistant who makes you feel like you are the only patient Dr. Moore is seeing that day.

Quite disappointed with the delay in completing disability forms for my job.

I have been seeing Dr. Moore since she was off of montford drive, I must say I wish she was still there. I do not care for the office staff at her new location, although she is such a great, caring Doctor and her nurse Latosha (who came from the old office with her) are both such exceptional medical personel that I will stick with them! Thanks for all you do Dr. Moore- your patients do appreciate you!

I like Dr. Moore but I have to be truthful. They let things fall through the crack all the time. Medications don't get called in, things get lost, people don't return calls. I just got a call from them about not calling in a prescription that I was promised a week ago by the nurse. They said it got lost in the system again. As I said again. I just give up on calling because they don't follow through. They don't want to do my pap smear as part of my physical. They would prefer I go somewhere else. I love Dr. Moore but the office and group there can't get things done.

Dr Moore has been my dr for approx 10 yrs. She has always been willing to go the extra mile to take care of me. She is extremely intelligent, caring & kind. I don't know what I would do without her as I suffer from Fibromyalgia and other diseases. She & her nurse, Lataisha, are my rocks!!!
