DO NOT GO HERE!!! BE WARY!! Terrible, Terrible experience!!! INSURANCE FRAUD AND THE BILLING MANAGER IGNORED MY CALLS FOR WEEKS TO TRY TO CLEAR IT UP!!! MY WHOLE FAMILY LEFT GOING HERE BECAUSE OF THIS! I had just moved here from another state and I was told by insurance to get refills on my meds that I needed a PCP and I could use it as my yearly physical appointment. So I scheduled the appt. and went to Dr. Wassel, had recieved a shot too (which is normal when you go for a physical) and told her about the medication I take for refills. It was an easy in and out appt. I recieved the bill which should have been ZERO dollars even according to my insurance because of a physical. THEY CODED IT AS A DIAGNOSIS, when I told her the meds I take, there was no new diagnosing and they wouldn't change the code to a physical so they could get paid. When I called the first time about the issue, Evelyn said, if it was a physical I shouldn't have talked about the medication I am on and it changes… things. I'M SORRY YOU ARE A DOCTOR, I HAVE TO TELL YOU THE MEDICATION I AM ON!!!! Such a dumb things to say. AGAIN, THE BILLING MANAGER EVELYN WOULD NOT RETURN MY CALLS, AND DR. WASSEL NEVER CALLED BACK EITHER. I HAVE A CALL LOG OF 10 LEFT MESSAGES!!! UNPROFESSIONAL. DO NOT GO!!!!!

Dr. Neal and her staff were very professional, polite and proficient. My appointment time was maintained with minimal waiting. The nurse, Deb, along with Dr. Neal wore protective masks. It was a very positive experience. Now if I could just get my cholesterol level down!!!

Dr. Neal was enthusiastic, patient and compassionate with our 4-year old. She was also very thorough asking us about our son and patiently answered all of our questions. We are new to Lago Vista and so happy to have found such a great doctor!

Took my 89-year-old dad in to have some stitches removed. He had never had stitches in his life. She had them out before he even knew it. She is very professional and knowledgeable in her field!
