incompetent at best .not only did she do the wrong surgery, she made the problem worse

Awesome Doctor she was very nice as was everyone in her office

Dr. O'Neil nitially operated on my mother several months ago and then completed a required follow-up surgery. Her expertise, competence and efficiency were excellent. Just recently, another issue came up when my mother was out of state. I contacted Dr. O'Neil, who immediately responded. She provided her professional opinion on what steps should be taken and gave me her cell no. to enable the physicians treating Mom to consult with her directly to gain pertinent background information. We are imeasurably grateful to Dr. O'Neil and unequivocably endorse her competencies and responsiveness.

This was, by far, my worst experience with a physician of any kind. She is uncaring, unknowledgable, and just plain not helpful. After telling me mulitiple times that I need my problem fixed she told me she couldn't do and couldn't tell me who could. After spending all of 3 minutes in the room with me expected me to pay her for the information that she couldn't give me. To top it all off her check out person Angela is unprofessional at so many levels.She is unkept, wrinkled clothes and rolls her eyes when speaking to me. She talked about me with others while I was in the restroom. Can we say HIPPA violation? I will be reporting both to the medical director and my insurance company. Hope this helps someone not waste their time as I did today.

She is a no nonsense type of person. She is not "warm and fuzzy" at bedside BUT HER DIADNOSIS WAS SPOT ON, HER TREATMENT WAS SPOT ON AND THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT I WANT IN A DOCTOR

Not only is Dr. O'neil unknowledgeable and often misdiagnoses ailments but her receptionist Kelly is the rudest most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with in a medical setting.
