Dr. Elizabeth Orr

My sister has an epileptic disorder and this doctor gave her a high dose of a medication contraindicated for movement disorders like epilepsy/parkinson’s/tourette’s. As a result, my sister ended up in a coma-like state and experienced several quiet seizures that no one in the Sarasota Memorial Hospital Emergency Room noticed or addressed. Dr Elizabeth Orr’s instructions to the ER staff dictated the entirety of my sister’s treatment. My sister almost died at the hands of this careless and negligent resident doctor. She should be removed from the residency program and have her medical license revoked. As others have said: she is very dangerous!!!

I've never met a less qualified, less compassionate doctor than Dr. Orr. She is AWFUL. JUST AWFUL. Trust me when I say that she doesn't care about her patients. NOT ONE BIT. It isn't just because she has a bad day every now and then, but because she actually doesn't care about the wellbeing of the people she treats and she has zero regard for how her actions as a medical provider impact the outcome of patient health, safety, nor for how her actions directly impact patient wellness. Everyone on this planet deserves decent quality healthcare, and Dr. Elizabeth Orr (DO) is NOT the person to provide that!

Elizabeth Orr (DO) is a resident at Sarasota Memorial Hospital in the FSU Emergency Medicine residency program. She practices medicine DANGEROUSLY and takes patient assessments as CARELESSLY and HAPHAZARDLY as is even possible. My jaw is on the GROUND when I recall how callously, crudely, inhumanely, and NEGLIGENTLY I was treated by Dr. Orr at the SMH ED. Her methods of practicing medicine genuinely terrify met to the degree that I have been in non-stop tears the past two weeks as I attempt to even recall the slightest detail of my experience being treated by Dr. Orr. To clarify, it is not beaus I cannot recall such pivotal details, but because her treatment of me was SO INHUMAN and UTTERLY CRUEL that any memory I'm forced to recall of my time spent being treated by this woman is horrendously tortured.
