A wonderful doctor who has treated me for severe varicose veins. I have had several very smooth and successful surgeries. She’s the best! She makes it look easy.

Can't say enough good about my experience based on my being treated by Dr. Elizabeth Rachel and staff. Over a period of 5 visits, wait time was negligible, staff were professional, but far from "stuffy" - a friendly atmosephere in which to be treated. It didn't take much observation to notice that the staff truly seemed to enjoy their work and worked as a team - that says a lot from my perspective. I would recommend this group/practice to anyone with any type of vein type problems.

This physician was very unfriendly and demeaning

Dr. Rachel seems very knowledgeable. However, I found her bedside manner to be somewhat lacking. She treated my mother after a TIA, where she was experiencing over 94% blockage in her carotid artery, and did a marvelous job. However, she made my mother wait almost two weeks for the surgery, as she had vacation scheduled. They sent my mother home, and she returned to the hospital a few days later, almost bleeding to death. She lived alone, and would have died if not for a surprise visit from her brother. My mother still loves her, but I found it disturbing that she would not refer her to a colleague in her life and death situation.
