Dr Barbee spent time going over all my records and she also explained the importance of exams and preventative care. She is also very knowledgeable on female exams as well as overall health. I feel she cares and wants to be sure she doesn't miss anything. Thank you for caring!

Dr. Barbee was recommended to me by a friend and after seeing some positive reviews about this practice, I decided to give it a shot. My first time meeting Dr. Barbee was amazing, but the quality of our appointments has consistently degraded over time. Dr. Barbee shows up almost 20 minutes late to every appointment I go to, and then she is always in a rush to get me out of there - I usually have several questions because of my poor gynecological health but usually 7-10 minutes into our conversation, she is looking to rush out the door. I had a horrible experience very recently, because of which I have decided to leave this practice. For the first time, a contraceptive pill actually worked for me and did not give me really bad symptoms, when they refilled it, I found out that my insurance doesn't cover it. I called them up and tried to reach out to them 5-6 times last week to discuss alternatives and no one cared enough to call me back. Instead, they sent an alternative prescription to… my pharmacy, WITHOUT consulting me or educating me on what they sent in to the pharmacy for me, and when I got to the pharmacy, I realized they sent in a combination pill for me....again. I have specified to Dr. Barbee several times that I have horrible side effects from the estrogen and this was obviously not taken into account when blindly sending in a combination pill for me at the pharmacy. Since I didn't have a viable prescription anymore, I had to get the O-pill over the counter and have been again experiencing really bad symptoms and have been in very poor mental and physical health for the past week because of this practice. I hope people at this practice understand how they're neglecting women's health and how disgusting that is. I left them a final very angry voicemail on Friday, which guess what, they haven't responded to again..... Apologies for the long review, but I had a lot to say. Please avoid this practice or be careful while engaging with them.

Dr. Barbee spent time with me to explain recommended treatment. She is patient, kind, and professional. It's hard to find a surgeon who will take the time to really listen and address concerns. A great experience overall.

Staff was friendly Dr is not. Very expensive. Also had some billing issues that were never corrected.

She used a defective medical device after FDA warning was released I have had 4 surgeries since then trying to remove.
