Dr. Elizabeth Faircloth Rostan, MD

If I had to describe the office staff in one word it would be "incompetent." First issue, it is next to impossible to to reach anyone by phone in the office and the staff is VERY slow, if at all, in returning calls. Second issue, the patient online portal is a joke. I consider myself very computer literate and their portal is next to impossible to set-up. When you call the office for assistance, Emily, inhouse tech guru had no idea how to resolve the problem. Third issue, my next contact was with Alan, he tried to send me my test results via a protected email, since I was unable to obtain the results on the portal. Alan sent me SIX passwords to allow access to the email and all six were incorrect. Finally, Alexa, another staff member who "tried" to assist me, lacked basic customer service skills. In conclusion, I'd find another dermatologist before trying to make your way through this office purgatory...buyer beware!

Just love Dr. Rostan, and her team. The care is excellent and the atmosphere warm, collaborative and supportive. I am moving out of state & will be very sorry to be leaving CS&L.

This place is the worst extremely unprofessional. The dr. appears to be brutish.

Today i have visited Elizabeth rostan for my skin issue. she looked at my skin and said it could be idiopathic guttate or it could be something other. she tells there is no way to identify this skin problem or there are not test to identify. And she is not at all patience to listen to me. if there are no test to identify the skin problem how can scientist or dermatologist comes up with this name idiopathic guttate hypomelanosis. I will never recommend her to visit for anyone .

Horrible PA!! Do not see her!

Horrific experience !!! She burned my upper lip with fraxel and now my lip is permanently impaired. Promised now refused To care for the scar correction.. I have been in treatment for more than a year and now she is relinquishing her responsibilities. She was too aggressive and now I am here to deal with it. I have Posted pictures on yelp if you would like to see her care and what my lip looks like now. Beware !!!! Keep searching for a derm there are plenty in Charlotte!

I have been seeing Dr. Rostan and her staff for several years now. I am always met with caring, friendly staff who make each visit fun and informative. Dr. Rostan is a lovely, kind and brilliant physician who makes quick analyses of my needs and expertly effects the best solutions/remedies for my skin. She is the consummate professional, and I am grateful for her!!

I only had a consultation but I felt that it was not a professional environment.

I saw Dr. Rostan for a consult the week prior, and returned for a facial treatment. Dr. Rostan and her staff were all friendly, timely, thorough, and worked very well together to make my experience there flawless. Dr. Rostan seems extremely knowledgeable, and came highly recommended from a friend. The consult was very well organized, addressed only my concerns (didn't feel they were trying to push more services on me), and quoted prices reasonable. Their aesthetician, Keerstan, was also extremely informative and provided a lovely treatment for me. I look forward to going back for laser and possibly other treatments in the near future.
