Dr. Elizabeth Ann Springer, MD

She does not treat her patient with respect. I went to her today to ask what for me was a very important question as it pertained to my history as a melanoma cancer patient and full body security scans. Before I even got to ask her about getting an exception to the scans she walked into the exam room and immediately said no before I had a chance to say anything or discuss the matter. Very bad doctor and manners. She should at least to what I had to say about my concerns before she just said no without listening to me her patient. Today I fired her. I will be going back to Mayo Clinic fore better care.

I waited one hour and 15 minutes before I was able to see her. Told the staff I was unhappy with the wait. She entered the room and asked how I was, and I was about to tell her I was unhappy with the wait, but she didn't wait for my answer and launched right into telling me where to sit and what to do. I felt like a piece of sirloin she was flipping around on a grill. She doesn't like when she has to answer questions, and prefers to give you a brochure instead, I guess so she doesn't have to talk to you. If you want to be a doctor, but don't want to talk to people or treat them with compassion and respect, be a medical examiner or a forensic pathlogist.....not a dermatologist! She would get along well with dead people, because they don't talk. As the title says, I need a new dermatologist. Rude and disrespectful. That's my rating.

Waiting in waiting area over one hour now. Multiple others complaint and leaves by because of wait time. Go somewhere else

I found nothing wrong with the office staff, wondered a little about the spies that come in first, She was not the friendly doctor but I could deal with that, BUT the things she burned off are only one half gone, she did not touch the whole spot. My friend also had something removed from her lip and she only took half of it as well. Would not go back or recommend.

Too long of a wait and no bedside manner. Very rude staff .One of her employees told me she also has her employees make fake review comments to boost her ratings on the internet. What a joke! Won’t be returning.

Very rude ! Receptionist was rude as well ! Wait was over and hour , then sat in the room for an hour . She only spent 4 minutes with me in the room once she got in there. I shoulda listened to all the bad reviews. I’ll never return !

Amazing physician and staff! The front desk gal with the black hair is such a doll and so helpful with all my billing inquiries. Dr. Springer helped me with my skin issues unlike my PCP and is very knowledgeable.

First time going to Dr. Springer and it was an overall good experience! Very knowledgeable and prompt. Nice staff too

I called for an appointment and was offered a day at 12:30. When I indicated I might be 5-10 minutes late, she insisted I reschedule and was given a 1:15 appt - but as a new patient, should arrive by 1:00 for paperwork. I arrived at 1:00 for paperwork that took 5 minutes. Then I waited (along with a waiting room FULL of others). and waited. and waited .... at 2:00 I asked if they knew how much longer a wait it might be. "Not long. There are only 2 people ahead of you." So I waited. After 2:10 they called in a woman (who had a 1:05 appt). The other person waiting and I began to gripe. Clearly, they book appts (even for new patients) 10min intervals. He said when he told friends he'd made an appt w/ Dr. S, three friends said, "prepare to wait a long time." At 2:15 I told them I was leaving. A woman came out from the "door" and said I should wait, as they were just cleaning up a room I could move into. "Yes," I said, "and wait longer for the dr in that room?" "Yes, but it will only be a… while." I left. Unprofessional, rude, greedy.

Dr. Springer is the BEST dermatologist I have been to yet! She has treated me for over 3 years and has helped EVERY single condition I have had. She is very professional and her staff is very sweet.
