I used to love visiting her and the other patients, and my interest in connecting with people in mental health developed at a very young age because of this. With 15 years in the field, I bring experience from working in inpatient units, addiction units, and crisis stabilization sites including psychiatric emergency rooms and psychiatric urgent care centers.
