Thinks she’s above the average patient. Absolutely rude and unhelpful.

I feel that Dr. E. Tarnell has her own agenda and couldn't be bothered with what is actually wrong with you. Find an other physician that will listen to you and your symptoms so that you can get the proper treatment.

She was very condescending when answering my questions and I felt as though she was in a rush to get to her next appointment. I waited 40 minutes for her to barely even be present in my appointment. Will not go back to her.

Always has me waiting. Often takes on unscheduled patients before me even thought I arrived early and have been waiting for upwards of 45 minutes. I am in desperate need for asthma medication but I guess my problems are just not severe enough to warrant her time.

Dr. Elizabeth Tarnell is one of the most dedicated Dr.'s that I've had involved in my health care. She is responsive and has been very accurate in her diagnoses. She doesn't rush you and is excellent at listening. I feel fortunate to have found her after my long time Dr. passed away.

I am very happy with Dr. Tarnell. She is very good about preventative measures giving immunizations on time and reminding me of the timing of upcoming tests. Every complaint I have had she has accurately diagnosed and been most helpful in prescribing the correct meds.

She is friendly but very dismissive with any concern I have brought up. For example, she once said I need to live (suffer) with my condition, instead of prescribing me the right medication or referring me to someone else. Also, she always has staff return calls instead of calling herself.

Dr Tarnell is extremely intelligent, has great listening skills, warm, kind and makes you feel extremely comfortable; facilitating ease in communication. She doesn't waste time. Best doctor I've had in 25 years. e

I've been to Dr. Tarnell twice, both times I walked out with no answers and no recommendations about what might help my symptoms. I could go into a long drawn out rant about how unhappy I was with the service she provided but I'll just leave you with a snip of my second visit, that was very similar to the first. I'd been experiencing a variety of symptoms: fatigue, muscle aches (one day I couldn't lift my hand more than 3 inches because my body ached so much), congestion, headaches, sore throat, vomiting, insomnia, among other less annoying symptoms for almost 2 weeks. I made an appointment and had to wait 50 minutes past my appointment time. When she came in the room she looked in my mouth, ears, took a strep test, (she was in the room for 3 minutes) and said based on my symptoms it sounded like acid reflux and that I should try an antacid. Yeah, I'll leave it at that. I will never go back to Dr. Tarnell.
