Dr. Ellen Terry Fleenor, MD

Did not have an overall satisfactory experience from Dr. Fleenor, listen to lungs while sitting in chair, said lungs sounds good, yet I still have a cough from my previous Emergency room visit, continued to tell me to follow up on appointments I recently had done, but nothing on appointments I need to have, Had to follow her in hall way to discuss a medication I have not had in over a year, stated she didn’t feel comfortable given it to me, since I’ve been off for a year. Did not ask of any current conditions going on with me. This visit was horrible, currently looking for another doctor. For a patient that has not been seen in over a year, appointment should have been made earlier in the day, knowing that it was not in my control that all my appointments and follow up appointments were canceled by office.

This was the first time I saw Dr Fleenor. I don't feel like she took the time to listen to me and address my concerns. She examined me sitting in the chair very quickly. I didnt feel she was personable and she appeared rushed. I felt more like a number than a patient. I have been going to this office for over 20 years and this was the most unpleasant. I feel the atmosphere of the office has changed, not for the good. This experience has made me consider looking for a new Dr.

My visit was excellent good communication with doctor and staff.

This was the first time meeting Dr. Fleenor. She was thorough and efficient, addressing the necessary issues of my 6 month follow up as well as a couple others.

She was absolutely amazing. I’m so thankful that I got to see her and have a visit. She met all of my needs and explained everything and was a great primary care doctor… I would definitely see her again. She was able to get me in the right direction with my medication’s that I needed refills on and very understanding and explained everything completely. I appreciate all that y’all do. She’s an amazing doctor.

My visit was televised it was on time I never met this Dr she was gracious enough to help me get care after I had been sick a little over a week her compassion ,care and concern meant everything to me she listened to me and she made the best result and did what she felt and thought was best for me and because of that the medication she prescribed have me breathing better i slept through the night I give her a high rating on patient care .

She asked me about any of my concerns I had none....
