we never got to visit. we had an appointment for several weeks out. Got a call the week of our appointment say that her P.A. would not see us and told us to go see a geriatric doctor. Not at all happy. The P.A. was Mr.Briggs Not at all happy.

At first, she was a great doctor listen to me, and I was excited that I was with her. After I got diagnosed with gastroparesis, she started ignoring things. I’ve gotten more help with my G.I. doctor. My endocrinologist today she asked me how I got my A1c so low I told her I modified my diet. Then she asked why my endocrinologist had me on one medication and then proceeded to tell me I don’t understand how you’re still not losing weight you need to do something about that and I told her well with PCOS, Hashimoto’s, and lupus, it’s hard to lose weight. She started arguing with me. I said ask my endocrinologist I’ve been working very hard with her. She accused me of not having a Pap smear in seven years and was arguing with me and after I left I got an alert on my phone 45 minutes later showing my last Pap smear and a half ago , I have lost all trust and confidence in her. She won’t listen to me. I have chronic disorders that’s why I’m seeing her and now I’m going to be looking for a new… doctor. She kept asking me the same questions and repeating herself, and I kept giving her the same answers , I don’t even know why I see her out of specialty doctors. What’s the point if she’s not even gonna treat me, I get more help from my endocrinologist, and she EyeDoctors than I have ever had from her.

This has been a terrible primary care doctor experience. Not listening to patients, not addressing their concerns, having what seems to be an agenda of just pushing medications on patients from the moment she comes in the room, and whenever you bring up a medical issue, she'll deny you're experiencing it. Here's an example. I was on a 240mg dose of heart medication. After weight loss my blood pressure and pulse were constantly too low and causing me to faint as well as having my CPAP alerts go off at night. She refused to lower the dose. I did myself, taking my dosage down to 80mg. At my most recent appointment, my blood pressure was still much too low. She refused to lower the medication, and insisted she will only prescribe it at the 240mg strength. Yet when I questioned that before, I was told if I had a problem, go to the hospital. How is that appropriate care from a primary doctor? I have no faith in this practitioner. I have so many more examples, but this one was the… last straw.

She’s been my doctor for a while now and I’ve always been seen for the same problem. I’ve been dealing with some issues and she’s been accusing me of lying and denying me care and told me to find a different doctor. I was so distraught and overwhelmed by her attitude and she did not care. I’ve never been treated this way by a physician! The fact that I would always have anxiety before seeing her is beyond me. I cannot believe I stayed with her for that long! Completely unprofessional!

I am a 60+ year old male who has had the pleasure of being in the trustworthy hands of Dr. Kim. Her Team is very efficient and professional. They all listen closely to my needs and respond positively. They always follow up everything they say on a printout describing all concerns, medicine changes, etc. If needed, they respond quickly to emails via "MyChart". Dr. Kim is open-minded, low ego, friendly, knowledgeable, logical, quick-minded, excellent memory, with a very pretty smile !

STARTED OFF OKAY, BUT NO LONGER TRUSTWORTHY.
