Dr. Ellen M Modell, MD

Went to see this doctor several years ago until I found my current neurologist at UW medical center. Dr. Modell just didn’t seem care about me or treat me as an individual.

Returning patient required to get referral, which was done. Can only get recording when you call the office. No one returns Your call. Have not been able to book an appointment with any Of the doctors in the office. This has been going on for a couple months. Very frustrating!

Dr Modell is a wonderful doctor.

I WOULD NEVER KNOW THIS PERSON WAS A DOCTOR. HER MANNERS WITH PATIENT WERE ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. TOOK ONLY TWO MINUTES AND RUSHED OUT OF THE EXAM ROOM AND DID NOT COME BACK, ESPECIALLY WHEN WE ASK IF SHE WOULD PLEASE GIVE A REPORT OF MY EEG REPORT TO KEEP FOR OURSELVES AND ONE FOR OUR PRIMARY CARE DOCTOR, OF WHICH SHE STATED SHE DIDN'T KNOW IF SHE WOULD BE ALLOWED TO DO SO,AND I TOLD HER ALL DOCTORS WERE ALLOWED TO DO SO AND IT NEEDED TO BE DONE! WITHIN A MINUTE HER RECEPTIONIST CAME IN WITH TWO REPORTS. SHE WAS VERY IGNORANT ABOUT NOT BEING ABLE TO EXPLAIN A SIMPLE NERVE PROBLEM I WAS HAVING ALONG THE SIDE OF MY FACE. THIS MADE ME WONDER IF THIS WOMAN WAS TRULY A NEUROLOGIST. AFTER A MINUTE OR TWO SHE CHASED OUT OF THERE TO CONTINUE HER QUOTA OF MONEY FROM OTHER PATIENTS! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE EVER!!!

Just a wonderful ,caring and professional gal. Always kept me posted on my Mothers condition.Was or acted very concerned with what was going on with my mother.Never gave up on my mothers condition. She went the extra mile to try and figure out what was ghoing on with Mom.She tried severaldifferent treatments on my Mom for her condition unfortunately her body was resisting all of them. Finally Dr Modell treated her with Plasma treatments. On her fifth treatment it was doing what it needed to do.Unfortunately I dont think Dr Modell even knows that it was starting to work.My mother passed away the night she was able to move her toes.She passed for other reason then what Dr Modell was treating her for. Dr Modell was the only Dr that did not turn my Mother away. She was going to fgind out what was wrong.Dr Modell needs BIG BIG KUDOS!! Thank you Dr Modell
