Dr. Ellen Mary Ray, MD

Dr. Ray displayed an alarming level of unprofessionalism throughout my interactions with her. From the outset, her demeanor was rather abrupt and dismissive, devoid of the empathy or respect one expects in a healthcare setting. Medical practitioners are supposed to prioritize the comfort and care of their patients, but unfortunately, it seemed as though Dr. Ray was lacking in this aspect. Furthermore, the paperwork associated with my case was haphazardly managed. Critical information was inaccurately documented or omitted, leading to severe administrative inconveniences. The ripple effect of this incompetence is still being felt as I am forced to navigate through this administrative maze to rectify the errors. Such mistakes in a healthcare environment not only disrupt processes but could also potentially pose serious risks to patient safety. This experience offers some insight into the recurring legal issues faced by the Heywood organization. Dr. Ray's carelessness and disregard for… her professional duties could potentially be a contributing factor to these issues. In conclusion, I would strongly recommend that potential patients weigh their options before engaging with Dr. Ray or the Heywood organization. Until they demonstrate noticeable improvements in their service quality and professional conduct, it's worth considering other options for your healthcare needs. I was appalled how horrible Dr. Ray treated the incoming ambulance crew when they were bringing in a patient. She was yelling an told the paramedic that he was stupid and lazy and continued to shout loud where everyone could hear. Her nursing staff seemed visually distracted as to how she was acting. There is no need for the childish behavior in an emergency room from a supposed professional doctor.

This Dr. Has no business in emergency medicine!!! She belongs in another area of medicine!

Wish more MD's were like Dr. Ray.
