Dr. Ellen Ashley Wegner, MD

Dr. Ellen Wegner is a family medicine physician who earned her medical degree from St. Georges University School of Medicine. With seven years of experience in family practice, she focuses on comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages. Her training has equipped her to address a wide range of health concerns and provide preventive care services.

Dr. Wegner practices at multiple Ascension locations throughout Chicago, including facilities on North Avenue, Division Street, and Lake Shore Drive. She also maintains affiliations with Saint Mary of Nazareth Hospital and several Prohealth facilities in the Waukesha area.
