Bedside manner needs improvement. He is slow and doesn’t seem to care about the patient. There are so many people in the office yet it runs so slow.

I have been seeing Dr Kanner about once every two or three months for about 6 years for severe glaucoma. He has been kind, attentive and extremely competent. He operated on my eye, going out of his way to provide emergency surgery and likely saved my eyesight. He is the only expert glaucoma surgeon in Memphis.

This doctor does not communicate and does not know how to care for his patients. I did not like the clinic, too, they treat you like cattle. Brutish nurses, assistants, billing department people, all bad.

I was referred to Dr. Kanner by Dr. James Savage. Dr. Kanner talked to me with a smart, cocky attitude. He wouldn't even acknowledge my wife being in the room. His demeanor scared me away!! Dr. Savage had already put my left eye out with his stupidity, I SURE DIDN'T NEED ANY OF DR. KANNER'S COCKY ATTITUDE! Stay away from this NUT is my advise!

Saw Dr Kanner twice with glaucoma pressure too high. He tried to rush me into doing surgery immediately on my ONLY GOOD EYE. Dr James Savage had just cost my SIGHT in my other eye with a screwup. Dr Elliot KANNER SCARED ME WITH HIS BAD ATTITUDE AND MANNER SO BAD, I WENT ELSEWHERE!! I FOUND A GOOD DOCTOR THAT I COULD TALK TO IN ANOTHER TOWN! BEWARE OF KANNER.

DR Elliott m KANNER changed my Glaucoma eye drops and didn't communicate with me as to the reason why. I have had Glaucoma since 1984 and no Ophthalmology has ever did this to me until I move to Memphis TN. Three of these Specialist have change my eye drops, and I am I have had enough. I think they are trying to force me into surgery on the one good eye I have and I have said not to them. i think its time i consult a Lawyer regarding this problem.
