Dr. Elliott H Pae, MD

Only reason I am not writing a two star review is because Elliott is a nice person and is professional. But after seeing this man for 10 years, I had nothing change in my life. He simply only prescribed me more of the same drug after meeting for 15min. I missed one meeting and he dropped me as a client after 10 years. Last one I missed before this one was 3 years ago. Same questions all the time, "What's new? How are you? Small talk stuff. Then asks if I want to be a test subject for a new drug so he pockets the money. Which, if you read this Elliott, was a scummy thing to do. Dont use this guy. Hes cool to have a beer with, but he will cut you off if you miss one appointment with no questions. Cant wait to get the letter in the mail.

Was seen by this so called doctor while an inpatient for a total of about 20 minutes, yet he billed my insurance company thousands of dollars. I had an uneaay feeling about him from the moment I met him. Some of the other reviews I have read have totally affirmed my impression of him. If you're suffering from depression as I was, this doctor is not what you need! Dr. Pae is very unprofessional and condescending. He does not belong in this helping profession.

In 2004 I had hit rock bottom and had no hope at all. My daughter lived in Geneva and suggested I come into The suburbs to a doctor. No doctor in my home area had helped me so I agreed to come into the suburbs. I was taken to DuPage Hospital where I met Dr. Pae. He told my husband we will get her well and he did. He was a kind, gentle man and he was so intelligent about medications. I stayed there for several weeks and I got well. Dr. Pae is a strong Christian as I was and he never deterred me from my Faith in God. So many counselors etc do not want you to believe God is in control. He got me on new medicine and therapy and I got well. I had struggled for many years from deep depression and anxiety. I have gone to Dr. Pae for 13 years now and have been free of depression and anxiety. With the medications he prescribed I was able to function again and enjoy life. I am so thankful to God for this gentle doctor who gave me back my life. I know God sent me to Dr. Pae. … Besides my doctor, he is a friend for life. Thank you, Dr. Pae. Now I recommend others to see him at Alliance Clinical Association in Wheaton Clinic.

This Dr. is a quack. Avoid at all costs!
