Dr. Elodi Joy Dielubanza, MD

First, Dr. Dielubanza was 30 minutes late to my appointment, for which I easily forgave her. Then, instead of being magnanimous, she was condescending and rude to me in both tone and demeanor. She seemed utterly uninterested and rushed to get the appointment over with which left me feeling utterly disrespected, if not bullied. I cannot discourage you from enlisting her services more vehemently. FIND SOMONE ELSE!

Dr. Dielubanza has been absolutely great to me. Super informative, respectful, kind caring and patient. I haven’t had any issues with communication, in fact the amount of dedication by her and staff has helped ease the anxiety that can come with having health issues. If I call, her assistant always gets back to me with an answer and suggestions from the Dr. If I reach out on patient gateway I get a response- also it’s noted that response on patient gateway may take 24/48 hours but I usually get a response way sooner. Meeting in office or virtually both have gone flawlessly and she has provided optimal care in both situations, it has been a reassuring experience. Having had procedures done by the doctor has changed my quality of life for the better, having that alone has made me forever grated. I am blessed to have your level of skill working in my favor. Pleasant and compassionate would be how I would describe my experience with my Doctor and her lovely staff/ assistant.

Probably very smart, but very moody. Makes a patient feel on edge with her fast talk and impatience for questions that need further clarification. Never quite know what to expect of her bedside manner from one time to another. Urologists are a tough breed in general, so maybe this is the norm and has to be tolerated. But often actual care gets seriously compromised when a doctor is not really respecting and collaborating with you, the patient.
