Dr. Eloise Bolyn Watson, MD

was charged for 2 office visits because Dr Watson talked me out of a pap at the initial visit,even though I told her I wanted one. My records came in showing I was indeed due for a pap so I went back for one and I was charged for another visit. After 5 calls to the office and being passed around multiple times, I received a call back saying Dr Watson and her assistant (who wasn’t even in the room when Dr Watson and I spoke about the pap) said it was my idea to wait on the pap, which is untrue. I was in shock. All so they could bill me again. Clearly Dr Watson is only concerned with what she can bill and not her patient’s care.

I have been seeing her for more than 5 years but it seems that every visit has been very stressful for me because sometimes I have had to wait for her for more than 25 minutes in a room almost naked. This is the only complain that I have. As a doctor she is great!

I found Dr.Watson to be a caring and knowledgeable doctor. I came with a lot of questions and she took the time to answer them. I felt like she really cared.

The average waiting time for Dr. Watson is more than 1 hour while it takes around 15 minunites at most to wait for other doctors. I don't why it is scheduled like this. If an average time with a patient is longer than other doctors, why not see less patients? I am sure I will never see her again.
