Dr. Elva Elaine Blanks, PhD

Hearing is referred to as one’s natural ability to perceive sounds and doesn’t require any conscious effort. Listening is a learned skill that requires concentration and attention to process the information given as a way to truly understand what is being said. With the definitions given, Dr. Blanks is undeniably one of the best Psychologists in the field and deserves to be recognized. She doesn’t hear her patients, but rather, she really listens to them. She has an unbiased opinion and empathy for all her patients. You can tell she is a doctor that truly cares for and always has the best interest of the patient in mind. Great doctors are extremely difficult to come by, but I have been sincerely blessed to have Dr. Blanks as mine. No amount of words or thank yous will be able to quantify how much gratitude I have for her and the work she does.
