la dra elvira rives, es profesional , ama lo que hace, se toma su tiempo conversa super bien todas mis dudas , t exolica bien te dice todo sobre medicamentos , conversa con el nino , mi experiencia es la mejor hasta ahora que mi nino tiene 13 y la nena 10 , ella ama su prefesion te cura con sus manos sus palabras , para mi criterio la mejor , hoy en dia la medicina es horrible, mi dra no cambia es la mejor , con ella me siento super , le entrego a mis hijos con ojos cerrados , hast a mi me hace sentir bien cuando llego angustiada ella me sube el animo me ayuda me cura a mi y a mis hijos , ojala sea dra familiar para atenderme con ella . le doy 20 estrellas ******** , romelia mia matthew castillo , mi dra favorita , es especial , super dra super profesional , sabiduria , ejemplo a seguir de todos los medicos , te quiero dra rives , te amamos , no hay nada mejor que llegar enfermo y un angel como usted nos cuida, te amamos matthew mia romelia castillo family .

The service in the office is horrible. The wait times are extremely long for just a short check up. I waited 3 hours to be called into the room. The staff takes their time and don’t consider the patients wasting a whole day in a waiting room. I’ve been to this doctor for over 10 years and every time I come the wait gets longer. Even if there is 2 patients in front of me or 10 the wait is crazy.

Excellent place to take your child/children. Dr, Rives was very professional and nice at the same time. Took her time to answer all my questions. No waiting time with appointment. Personnel very nice too. The place was spotless.

I have never met a doctor so selfish. takes her time, not in a good way. Takes her lunch hour while her practice is filled with patients. nursers seem to know more than she does. Unless you come here before the door opens don't expect to spend anything less than 5 hours, to be told your fine when your not.

I have over 20 years experience with this DR. All her patients are treated as they are her only patients and the love, care and respect she gives the children, regardless their age is amazing!
