Visit was great. Dr. Perry gave 2 injections and ordered x-rays to be taken today before I leave. Also have a 3 month follow up to see how I am doing.

I am so thankful that Dr. Perry is a part of my care team. She always listens to what I am saying, she is very gentle during examination and she takes the time to explain my care to me. I highly recommend her and her medical knowledge.

Dr. Perry took the time to listen to my complex history and asked a lot of questions. She developed a plan to get more information so that we could find answers to my concerns. I feel confident in the care I will recieve as a transfer of care patient.
