Dr. Emad Daoud Bishay, MD

Dr. Bishay has treated my mother at Palomar Hospital. First, I did not know what hospitalist is or what role they do. I was little apprehensive as my mom's PCP would not come to see her and we are to meet a new doctor. Dr. Bishay struck me as a very mature physician, very compassionate with great bedside manners. He explained everything in details to my dad and myself. He provided great care to her, called Gastroenterologist to see her and got her best treatment. I really would give him my highest ratings...he is an awesome physician. My mother adored him .

I was admitted to the hospital with seizure and I have cancer that went to my brain. Dr. Bishay was amazing in diagnosis, he comforted me and called neurosurgeon and neurologist. He spent lots of time explaining to my husband and myself. He ordered all the tests and referred me to a good oncologist. we love him so much

Dr. Bishay treated my 85 year old mom with great attention and care. He explained all plan of care and was very informative. She was really sick and he spent a lot of time and effort in her care and got us many consultants to see her. Great job until she got better and left the hospital.

DR. BISHAY IS GREAT. HE TREATED MY MOM WHO IS 81 YEARS OLD. I CAME FROM FLORIDA TO SEE HER AND WE AS A FAMILY HAVE FOUND HIM COMPASSIONATE AND COMPETENT. HE KEPT HER AS MANY DAYS AS SHE NEEDED AT THE HOSPITAL AND KEPT US WELL INFORMED. WE ALL LOVE HIM

My husband was just hospitalized...Dr. Bishay offered excellent service and was very patient to inform us of plan of care..I sent an appreciation letter to patients represantative office...he deserves it

i'd rather not be hospitalized if he were to attend me. My mother had a horrible experience with him and we had to change doctor. He encourages end of life care to get his patients out of the hospital faster.

steer clear of this man, rude and very incompetent. always rely on other doctors for advice.
