I did not know what to expect once i booked my first appointment. Once I arrived greeted with niceness and smooth process for a first-time patient. The Nurse Practitioner is super nice and knowledgeable. One thing that caught my attention was when i need to draw Blood and man she was nice with it no pain easy and professional and didn't even feel the poke amazing. Believe her name was Jennifer Amazing job. Ty

Best Dr. in town ,compassionate, caring and knowledgeable and his staff is amazing !! I highly recommend Dr Jacob!!!

I went to Dr Jacob office for an annual physical check-up and since it was Saturday, I was seen by his nurse practitioner instead of Dr Jacob. That's ok but the point is, I went for a "physical check-up" but the great nurse practitioner didn't do anything! The medical assistant in the office took my vital signs and asked a few questions (cos I was a new patient) and did the EKG. Then, the nurse practitioner came. She just sat in front of the computer and asked me a few more questions and sent me out to another room for blood work. That's it!! Not even bother to listen to my chest!! No muscle reflex checking, tenderness checking......JUST NOTHING!! In addition, the office staff just ignored the designated lab required by my health insurance and sent to their "preferred" one which is out-of-network!! I DID clearly remind the gal that the blood needed to be sent to the Labcorp, the only in network lab for my health insurance. They just ignored it and I have no control of it!! Now,… I'm facing a huge bill from their "preferred" lab because of their preference, not following the requirements of my health insurance. Think twice before going if you do not want to get a surprise huge bill. Or, I should ask for the blood work order and go to the lab myself instead of having blood drawn in the office.........yes, it's my mistake then!!!

I had a pretty serious breathing dilemma, I was up in the air as to whether to go the Hospital and Dr. Jacob and his office staff kept in touch with me daily for a week to see how I was doing, they really care and even when I had to go to the hospital Ajay took care of me there with constant contact from Dr. Jacob. Dr. Jacob has a large practice and still has the time to care. Thank you Dri. Jacob, ladies in the office and Ajay.
