Falsified patient's written symptoms in medical records at Emergency Room causing misdiagnosis and misreading by subsequent doctors..! This Neurologist Dr. told the patient for an Autonomic Testing in ER records, but in reality gave an outpatient script for Lower Extremety Nerve Conduction Testing to be done 3 weeks after ER admittance. Upon asking for follow up visit to clarify and to give a correct autonomic test script, this very Neurologist Dr. disappeared and did not even give outpatient appointment. Not sure whether he has english understanding problem or operating under some influence or lack of knowledge. Looks like one of those who wants to suck money by minutes, without a sound understanding of the "service" for which he is paid for. A disgrace for Dr. fraternity

Best doctor in the world. Fellowship-guided and is amazingly kind and I love him a ton.

So I go to this man I see for less than 5 minutes and he sends me for MRI 2 days later a nurse calls to tell me I have to schedule an apt with a neurosurgeon. As taken back by this as I was I asked why...she replied I cant tell you. I understand that so I tell her to have the dr call me I have called every day for 8 days now only to be put through to a tape recorder. How does this man feel he does not need to explain to "his" patient her diagnosis? I've been worried sick as to why I now need to see the neurosurgeon for possible surgery, as the nurse said, and the nest answer I have is "I cant tell you that" do yourself a favor and see a dr who will take the time to speak with you about what is going on. Totally blown away by the total lack of empathy this man has in knowing how concerned and rightfully so I am.
