Dr. Margaret Hoffman went to Harvard College and graduated from Tufts University School of Medicine, Boston, MA receiving her MD in 1993. Her Internship and Residency were at St. Elizabeth's Medical Center, Brighton, MA and the Lahey Clinic Medical Center, Burlington, MA. Dr. Hoffman was on Senior Clinical Staff and a Junior Attending at the Lahey Hitchcock Clinic prior to coming to Weill Cornell Medicine in 1998. Her interests are in women's health and preventive medicine. She is Board Certified in Internal Medicine.

I have had Dr. Hoffman as my GP for nearly 15 years. She is thorough, caring, patient and I would highly recommend her. Also her team - the nurses, admins etc are all wonderful too.

I've been a patient of Dr. Hoffman's for about 15 years. She's a great listener, kind and empathetic, generous with her time, and relatively conservative when it comes to meds and treatments, generally preferring diet &exercise changes over prescriptions, when that's appropriate. Her referrals to specialists have always been terrific, and the Weill Cornell network is second to none. I have total trust in her, and would recommend her to anyone.

Dr. H found my thyroid cancer. I had my surgery 2 month ago and am feeling back to normal. So grateful that she found it! Dr H was so kind and caring throughout The Whole process Thank you!

My visit with Dr. Hoffman yesterday was wonderful, as always. She is patient, caring and kind. In addition, the staff is wonderful.

I have never written on one of these sites before but felt compelled to after reading bizarre comment by another reviewer I have been going to Dr. Hoffman for 10 plus years She is the best physician I have ever had! She really LISTENS to me and CARES. She is extremely smart and very conscientious. I have sent both my husband and daughter to her and they couldn’t be happier. I feel very fortunate to have Dr. Hoffman as my primary care doctor. I can’t emphasize this enough!
