Dr. Emanuela Maria Bonfoco, MD

The absolute worst primary care physician I’ve ever met. To me, it seems Dr. Bonfoco completely lacks people skills, she seemed to lack any interest in providing me care, and she didn’t respond to my follow-up questions unless contacted multiple times.

She didn't listen to me. Dismissed everything to anxiety and immediately tried to medicate me. Didn't even ask my opinion. 2 stars because the office where she attends is nice.

I had a symptom and I told Dr. Bonfoco about it; she showed no interest in addressing it so I had to seek attention elsewhere. On a separate incidence, I called Dr. Bonfoco daily for a week for a prescription refill and was told each day she would refill a prescription but she never did; again I had to find care elsewhere. She is nice but not an outstanding PCP and has left her patients stranded.

Dr Bonfoco puts a patient at ease immediately - she is easy to talk to and answers questions without reservation - saw her at urgent care in Costa Mesa and told her that i wished she was a primary cared dr!!!!
