Dr. Emelie Theresa Medalle, MD

I unfortunately was stuck speaking with Dr. Medalle over the phone when I called Town and Country after hours. We identified that my son had cellulitis. The nurse who we spoke with first agreed that it was cellulitis and said we should be seen within four hours. I wanted to avoid a trip to the ER and asked if we could speak with the doctor on call. Dr. Medalle called back an hour later. She was extremely unhelpful and not only did she no prescribe antibiotics, she did not offer any suggestions to prevent a trip to the ER. I offered to show her a picture and she said it was not a telehealth appointment. She was extremely unhelpful and rude. My experience with other providers has been the opposite. I am surprised Town and Country would keep someone like her on staff.

she needs to learn manners to talk to patient,she is rough ,rude and classless.
