Dr. Emerson B Walls, DO

Dr. Walls is a good doctor but his office staff are pathetic. They are rude and have no pride in their work. Its horrible to try to make an appointment and getting them to answer your call is near impossible.

Dr walls is not the problem. His office staff and ladies at the front desk are. They would rather talk about their personal things going on than answer the phone or make the process inside faster. What's the point of making appointments if they are over a hour late to call you.

It is very hard to get someone on the line......seems like they never answer the line or it goes to a machine

Dr. Walls is great and the staff is friendly. But maybe they could use some help they might just be overbooked. I like that this office is less than 5 minutes from my house but I've had to wait over 3 hours to be seen so I might be changing to a clinic that has more prompt service

Dr Walls is absolutely FANTASTIC!!! He is a very caring doctor that takes the time to ask questions and shows GENUINE care and concern for my child. I truly love this doctor!!!! The wait time is a little much but I feel that Dr. Walls is well worth the wait!!

I agree with everyone, horrible, horrible receptionists(all the front desk people). Very unorganized, rude, don't seem to like their job and don't seem to want to be there at all. Dr. seemed prejudiced, a nurse friend told me about him, but I was so disappointed. Changing to a different Dr.'s office for sure!!!!

Worst office staff ever! Cant complain about dr because we never even got to see him after waiting 2 hours when we had an appt!!

He is a great doctor but his staff sucks and wait times r to long

I have changed pediatricians multiple times to find a Dr. as caring as Dr.Walls. He takes his time with my children, and answers my questions thoroughly. However, I do believe he could get new staff that cares just as much as he does. The staff is pretty rude there. The wait time even WITH an appt. is ridiculous. I recently had an appt. to get my daughters shots done ( which I had made months in advance) I showed up 15 min early and waited 20 min after they were supposed to have seen my daughter when they called me up to the desk with some kind of problem with my insurance card... Saying it has the Sanger address and not the Fresno address so they couldn't see us. Funny thing about that is I've had that same card for a year and they have been seeing my daughter and it's been paid for and it's all of a sudden a problem? And why couldn't they call me to tell me this before a wasted trip? Anyway, I love the Dr. Don't live the staff.
