Dr. Emil Ray Dominguez, MD

I have been going to dr. Dominguez for the past 17 years for all five of my sons ... Dr. Dominguez is amazing! he is the only reason I go to this office . staff is and alwaysssss has been crap. I honestly can't believe he keeps them on board! they are the worst! And yeah even with an appointment I have sat there for four to 5 hours before! crazy!

He was my doctor when I was young, and now he is my daughter's doctor. I honestly wish he could still be my doctor now.

The front desk people Re so rude . they dont want to work. They rather turn people away or not work . however Dr . Dominguez os amazing very caring doctor . He reLly cares for his patients. He will also call u at home if u leave him a message. We need more dr's like him all around but better front dezk customer servive. They speak in spanish thinking we dont underztNd

The worst service ever,have no respect to clients,baby was suffering they couldnt help.

My grandson was hospitalized with MRSA. Dr Dominguez was so helpful in making us understand what it was and what we needed to expect. I wouldn't even know where to begin to let everyone know how much of a great Dr he is. And he is absolutely great with kids. Very patient and he makes u laugh all the time. We love Dr. Dominguez and i wouldn't have any other pediatrician for our kids

Dr. Dominguez is a pretty good doctor. My son has been his Patient for two years now and I haven't had any problems or concerns about him personally, BUT that staff of his is really in need of more training in all aspects ( professionalism, courtesy, tact, care of the PT, and office management needs to step up). There is no reason that a parent should have to call their insurance themselves to request a referral after waiting 3 months and the office staff is telling you that "the insurance company still hasn't sent it." when there was never a request made... I believe (particularly in the west Covina office) Dr. Dominguez Could benefit from better staff... But he's still great and that's what keeps me going back.

waited 3 hours and still was not seen. walked out crying with my two kids from being overwhelmed. mistreated and disrespected. horrible staff.

His assistants are so rude and uncaring. They have an attitude with a mean look to their face every single time i had spoken with them. Even if you have an appointment, they will let you wait hours before seeing them. They make a copy of your insurance card every visit but doesn't announce it to you so when you forget, you have to wait longer! I waited 3 hours before they told me that. Very unprofessional !

The nurses at this office are very unprofessional.
