Dr. Emilee Lilli Khair

At 26 weeks pregnant I was experiencing low pressure on my cervix and decided to play it safe and get it checked out. Unfortunately for me, Dr. Khair was the doctor on duty that I saw. She has ZERO bedside manor. She is abrasive and rude. She came into the room telling me this was pain I would have to “just deal with” for the rest of my pregnancy instead of trying to explain to me what was going on. She did NOT consider my history (loss of twins at 21 weeks) when she was talking to me. She was inconsiderate and rude. When she wanted to examine my cervix and I asked questions about it, she was harsh and just replied “you can deny exams at any time”. As I cried when she left the room, the nurse consoled me as if I wasn’t the first person she’s acted like this toward. Luckily for me, this was a one time visit. I feel bad for anyone who actually chooses to see Dr. Khair without knowing her first.
