On all levels, Dr. Emilia Diego is an excellent, caring and skilled surgeon. The patient comes first. This was my experience.

Dr. Diego is one of a kind, if I could give her 10 stars I would. Her surgical skills are surpassed only by her genuine care for her patients. I don’t know too many doctors that will visit you in the hospital, at all hours, or call herself to check on you. She is knowledgeable, personable and passionate about curing Breast Cancer. She is tightly connected and won’t hesitate to pull in other expertise as needed to improve her patients outcome. I respect and appreciate all that Dr. Diego has done for me and my family, and would recommend her to anyone looking for a Breast Cancer Surgeon.

II was blessed to have Dr. Emilia Diego as my surgeon. She is extremely knowledgeable, a straight shooter with a keen sensitivity to her patient’s mental and physical condition. In my first visit she spoke to my family and me in plain language and answered every question. Her goals of getting rid of the cancer, preventing a reoccurrence and keeping me whole were sincere and you could tell she genuinely cared for her patients. My condition is unique because of blood thinner and this being my second event, Dr. Diego took everything into consideration as she layed out her treatment plan. In the hospital she treated us with respect and brought my family to tears with her genuine delivery of surgery results. Twice she said “thank you for letting me take care of your Mom”, No, Dr. Diego, Thank YOU for taking care of me”. I would recommend Dr. Diego to anyone facing Breast Cancer Surgery.

She is the most knowledgable precise smvreast surgeon I've encountered. She is has great bedside manor and cares about the well being of her patients. She calls to check on you personally as well as has her staff call. I dont want to ever go through this again but, if I did I'd pick her as my surgeon again And again. Magee is lucky to have her.
