Our entire family (6) have been coming for routine skin exams. On occasion required additional needs. The Team at Arsenault Dermatology always friendly, understanding and compassionate.

Beware! Dr. Arsenault good for skin screening but not for surgery. Had procedure to have Lipoma removed from my head and it was not a good experience. She cut into my head and was digging in my scalp for over 45 minutes. She indicated she removed the Lipoma. After 3 weeks lump was still there. Called their office and Dr. Arsenault would not call me back and give me an explanation. I ended up going to a very capable plastic surgeon who removed the complete Lipoma and was very experienced at performing this procedure.

I have been a patient at this practice for several years and have always experienced excellent treatment for a variety of issues. Some very puzzling to me, which were explained well by the care provider! I highly recommend each and every staff member! Jennifer Weisenborn

Dr. Emily Arsenault is a top notch Dermatologist who is very caring and knowledgeable. Having worked for a Dermatologist for 35 years in Michigan, it was very important that I find an excellent Dermatologist here. She will not disappoint you. I highly recommend her and her staff. She has multiple offices, PA and a great staff working for her. Absolutely the best!

Beware of this doctor's office. In my opinion, they are the wanna be Amazon of Dermatology. They automate all of their processes and have very little empathy for their clients. Not only was the Doctor almost excited to cut into my flesh for a biopsy, but they delivered my biopsy results to me via text message and video. Very impersonal and cold. No ability to talk through treatment options and details with an actual doctor. They basically have a sales person call you with your biopsy results. Then when you ask for details of the medical procedure, they cannot answer. They insist on setting an in person appointment to talk again to the doctor about what should have been told to you when you were there in person. They refuse having the physician call you because I'm assuming it doesn't generate revenue for them. They clearly don't value their patients' time. Lastly, when I left the office I paid in full the amount they said I owed. Then several weeks later, I get a notification from my… insurance provider that I have a $270 bill that I wasn't expecting for the biopsy. I still have no mention of this charge from the doctor's office. I had to learn about it from BCBS. I'm absolutely appalled by the way this doctor's office operates and treats its patients. I plan on submitting complaints to Google, Yelp, BBB, and possibly the medical regulatory agency. Please do yourself a favor and use a more reputable doctor's office.

I know I am lucky that my derm appointments are generally for Cancer screenings only. This was my second screening and I have to say that their service hasn't wavered. As a matter of fact, they called me to let me know that there was a change in my Nurse PA and also sent a letter. Being that I have no real relationship built with a PA, I took my chances. Meredith was just as nice as could be and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. The nurse, Lindsey was kind and helpful too. I highly recommend this practice.

I’ve been having a lot of doctor appointments lately and it was so wonderful to go to an appointment where everyone was so nice! An unexpected experience. First, Dr. Emily is concerned, caring, knowledgeable, understanding, and just a great person. I had all my issues addressed. Second, I’ve never seen an office where everyone that I was in contact with was caring, helpful, and personable. On time was done from the beginning, even a little early! I would recommend everyone that wanted expertise and caring in the same sentence to visit Arcenault Dermatology for their needs.
